Peter Katchura, I remember his first game... came on as a second half sub, he had a terrible 10 minutes and the sub was then subbed! But he turn into a terrific player I remember him playing really well for the first 20 minutes at Wembley (play-off final v Palace) and then for no apparent reason Howard Kendall took him off? and the rest is history, never did get to know why he took him off??

He chose to use an Anglicised version of his name when he played in the UK. Anyone that watched us at the time he played would have commonly seen Petr Katchouro in the matchday programmes and the Green ‘Un. That’s how I’ve always spelt it.

Wolves toiled for an equaliser and finally got one right near the end. Just as their fans were giving it the big one he popped up and scored. What a moment. My only trip to Molineux, which was a big disappointment as a ground.
