The stat of “3 assists and 6 goals from left back with 91 chances created too” is interesting. If we can finish off some of those chances if he has a similar season could be in for a decent season.

Was with some boys from Peterborough this week and mentioned Burrows one said "he scored that worldie I think?" I said he's suppose to be your main man. They supported Liverpool. They said if Liverpool were playing P'Boro the city would be split. Mental lol. Any road cheers Roy 🍻

Looking forward to seeing him, however I'm a bit puzzled with our recruitment. We are rumoured to be going to a back 4 but so far we've recruited 2 LWBs more suited to a back 5??

What have we been playing in Friendlies?

I presume we’re keeping options open to play different formations. If you have players that can play a back 4 or 5 it gives flexibility

Great comments and then a few bitter snides at the end, classic view from 👏👏👏👏

Back 4 I understand, hopefully we'll bring in a more defensively minded RB soon

I think for this season it’ll be different. We’ll expect to be playing on the attack with much more possession for perhaps 2/3’s of the games.

Let’s say for 10-16 games of the season we may have to defend more during games…

I’d guess that the only games we will be up against if defensively will be Leeds, Burnley, Boro and a couple of others that hit form early season and then those that hit it later.

But does that mean we need out and out fullbacks or will a solid player like Anel do.

We certainly need more CB cover, to play alongside Robinson.

Subconsciously Wilder may be looking to return to his beloved 3-5-2... ;)
