This news is massively disappointing, but I can't quite believe it until it happens. I still think that we may see a different name tomorrow, there is that little bit of hope in me (the same kind that thought we'd beat Barnsley 3-0, Donny would lose 3-0 and we'd eventually stay up by being +1 better off to Donny, despite accepting relegation after the scunthorpe game).
Deep down, I know I'm thinking very wishfully, and it will be Wilson tomorrow at 12pm.
One thing I can't wait for though, is how (if) he is appointed, HOW they will introduce him, how they will explain the decision, how they will justify it to us. The press conference will be very interesting to say the least. Especially if the protest happens.
I guess we wait and see, and as with all things United, expect the worst and hope for the best.
