Yeah it's a moral dilemma isn't it? He left cos he thought the grass was greener and all that, not unlike Williamson. But I have to say I do rate him as a Youth Coach, liked his stance on discipline and produced some excellent results or perhaps he just got lucky with a particular crop of good players ?

The Forest owners are so impatient, I'm not a fan of McCabe but im glad we're not owned by the Forest bunch of muppets. I'd take Pembo back, good bloke, did well with the youth team.

Pembo did OK for us as Youth coach, but remember that he inherited really good players from Ron Read (I think that was his name) that he had found and nurtured for many years.

Pembo's time of arrival allowed him to take the credit for all of the hard work that was put in before his arrival.

It may be a few years before we see the full rewards of John's efforts

Well you can't blame the guy for taking a punt on a career progression if that is what he saw it as, and if I recall didn't his resignation/whatever occur at the time of the big turf out?

It would be great to see him back.

I can't see Pembo coming back. Danny has apparantly filled the vacancy and if/ when SOD is back in management, Pembo is likely to follow.
