Wilder said the young lads wouldnt be stifled if they stayed and didnt go on loan.

Peck must be thinking what the fuck do i have to do to get on the pitch in that 2nd half with Souza on a yellow and not moving freely.

Go on loan Sydie.. you will be more appreciated.
 
Thought Souza was dreadful today. Absent and crap in possession on the rare times he did try and drive us forward. Left all the graft to Blaster.

Souza wasn’t the issue today. Also you’ve seen Peck play once like the rest of us.

Peck shouldnt be starting.

Souza shouldn't be continuing when on a yellow and has a niggle... that much was blatantly obvious.

And its been for 2 games in a row as well.

So many things which are "blatantly obvious", except to half the fanbase and our professional management team.
 
Another 15m performance from Souza today - he made a couple of tackles. Let's keep him and build the midfield around him
 
Blimey, some reactionary stuff.

Granted I’m all for hooking players if they aren’t offering anything, but it’s a gamble bringing an inexperienced player in at a crucial part of the game.

It’s a jog, not a sprint and sometimes you have to try and keep things settled and shuffle your attacking options rather than tampering with the defensive.
We take the point, go away and work in training and hopefully add a couple more in there to improve wuality
 
Pecks impressive game against Wrexham is one game .
Souza looked decent and has this season , peck will get his chance but for now we need souza in front of the back 4 .

Souza drops tools when it goes against him... He thinks he's better than Sheffield u but the reality is that blaster and peck are much better players .. the coaching staff will have seen this.. it's fucking obvious

Souza is offering more than Blaster at the moment. Some good moments from the young 'un but over 90 minutes Souza gets through a lot more graft. If you think Peck can replace that on a regular basis, maybe you need to get watching a few coaching videos.

Agree with this, Souza has been good so far, mind you some of ours used to think Monty was a midfielder

Blaster got us a point with a brilliant finish Souza got booked and could have got sent off for stupid tackles ins not 1987 ... The game has moved on you dinosaur

Slightly different, Kyle Walker was a 6ft RB who was ridiculously quick, strong & had the ability to get up & down the pitch.

Maguire was one I never saw being as good as he has been when he started out. He adapted the weaknesses of his game to be an elite CB.

Peck will be a good player, nobody’s suggesting you’re not right. But Souza has done nothing wrong in the first 3 games. My issue right now isn’t the middle two.
 
I don’t agree that Souza was poor today. He worked hard and got stuck in. He also got some bad treatment from thr Norwich players.

Arblaster scored a great goal but was for me not quite as effective as Souza in general play.

If we play Peck, Arblaster, O’Hare and Hamer we are going to get bulldozered by a few teams.

Why am I biased? I'm 47 I've watched football all my life ... I've watched Souza enough to know that he's not someone you want in the trenches with you and I've watched peck enough (1 and a couple of bit games) to know his range of passing and his desire is massively above Souza

I've not seen him down tools this season , he's been pretty consistent. If he plays 7/10 every week that'll do . Peck is impressive but we've not seen him enough to judge and displace vini , not yet anyway .
Peck will no doubt get his opportunity and that's when we can judge , hope he's as good as he's promising to be .

Peck looks a decent prospect. At this moment in time it's Souza all day long.
