He's not overrated. Injury has ruined him. He was genuinely quality prior, but everyone knows that's no longer the case.

These lads are 21 and 22 years old. Personally, I think Arblaster sees things all the other midfielders can't. It's concerning that he's not starting because I think that is linked to his fitness. I hope this sin't a permanent issue

Since his return from injury he has shown nothing of his previous promise.
I feel genuinely sorry for him and want him to succeed, but we have better in his position and he offers nothing at all.

Sad to say it but unless there is a big improvement I would let him go out on loan to see if he can find something of his previous potential and gain fitness.

Arblaster and Peck were looking good when playing with Vinni Souza. We lack physicality if we play either with Rothwell. Or when we play Arblaster and Peck together. Peck gets stuck in but when you have OHare, Donovan or Chong and Arblaster our midfield is light weight and resembles a set of turnstiles.

Have to agree he’s overrated and was prior to injury
I don’t see him being physical or athletic enough

People see different things, I personally see Arblaster as the main potential to make it a successful season. Looks a lot sharper than when he came back last year. Huge injury to overcome and it takes time, but showing glimpses of getting back to his best.

Peck is the most overrated CM in the league.

Again, for the WetFlannel’s amongst us, this was an observation from last season and we should’ve cashed in.

Peck is slow, has no goal threat, his defensive shape is non-existent, he doesn’t have the ability to take anyone on, he can’t break any lines to support our front two. Hes largely anonymous and was supplemented to where he is now by a brilliant Souza.

I’m reserving judgement on Arblaster because of his injury but last seasons comeback wasn’t great. But, he’s forgiven….for now.
