Pinchy
Blade, not Bladey.
No United goalie has ever scored whilst playing as a goalie, though Paul Tomlinson scored whilst playing outfield in a tour game in the USA in 1985 and Fatty Foulke got a couple after he moved to play up front in a friendly against a black South African team (known, in that innocent age, as "Kaffirs") in 1899.
Quite a few have scored own goals, though. I remember a cup-tie at Everton where a shot hit the bar, came away from goal and hit a helpless Keith Waugh on the back and into the net. Such goals are often claimed by strikers but the shot has clearly missed its target and is, indeed, flying directly away fom goal and in free play at the time of the goalie's intervention. Inarguably an own-goal.
