Roy Hodgson was England manager when England under 21's played Scotland under 21's at BDTBL about 4 or 5 years ago. Long was on the bench & England we 4 nil up at halftime - no chance of a Scotland comeback. Long remained on the bench when Hodgson could have put him on & given him (& the crowd) a bit of a lift. Not a decent manager. England won 6 nil.
