Some interesting players who are entering the final year of their contracts too. Again, something perhaps we could exploit to get a bargain.

Not saying us - because he's be pricey - but someone will surly expose Bournemouth's relegation and get Josh King at a decent price.

On the 2021 contractors

Fosu-mensah could be an option if he thinks can’t get in at Man U. Seems quite versatile, good age and pedigree.

Jota at villa was one we were linked to last season weren’t we?

I’d still take snodgrass for his deliveries alone.

Most are past their best, on their way down with high/very high wage demands and be seeking their last big contract - exactly the type of player CW tends to stay well away from

This is the pond teams like West Ham, Everton and Newcastle fish in

Bryan Robson signings. Expensive. Superficially appealing. Ruinous.

of those expiring in 2021 and being realistic guys Id take Evans if we cant get Egan to sign his new deal, hes still got a few seasons left in him. Fosu Mensah if he doesnt make a dent in the Man United squad next season probably a bit of a stretch getting him but maybe and thats probably about it TBH.

There are some decent players on the 2021 list that on the surface look like a great option on a free but then you look at the club they will be leaving and in nearly every case wages will more than likely be an issue.

On a free you can bet their agents will be demanding top dollar in wages and most will be their last payday, which is fair enough but not what we should be looking at.

If we do get Swift for £3.5m then it'll prove how much value there may be there to be had in The Championship this TW.
