I have more time for the Osborn signing, but I guess if we have no money then having players who know our formation back to front is better than bringing in players who aren't EPL standard.See the negative lot are out already
Think it's good news myself. Both will have taken wage cuts to stay and will purely be for filling out the squad. So long as they don't have to make 20 appearances between them it seems a decent enough move.
Fleck has been done for the last two years. Nobody else wants him.Hope Fleck and Osborne have great seasons and shove these words down fans throats. Paul Heckingbottom should pin some of these comments on the dressing room wall for inspiration. Both players have done it before. Backing both to keep us up with big performances this year!

Jebbison came through the Academy and doesnt have to be named in the squad of 25I have more time for the Osborn signing, but I guess if we have no money then having players who know our formation back to front is better than bringing in players who aren't EPL standard.
My only question would be over squad size.
I believe we're allowed a squad of 25
Wes
Davies
Lowe
RND
Egan
Bash
Anel
Baldock
Bogle
Osborn
Fleck
Norwood
Coulibaly
Berge
Ndiaye
McBurnie
Brewster
Jebbison
That's 18.
Not sure if there's a minimum age to be named in a squad or not.
You'd assume 2 x CB, 2 x CM, 1 x AMC, 1 x ST on top of that. If so, not the end of the world.
I seem to remember people saying exactly the same thing about Coutts when Wilder came in.Fleck has been done for the last two years. Nobody else wants him.
There is absolutely no chance of him having a good season.
Get back to Bert next year and tell us how he performed.
I just genuinely dont understand this attitudeAccepting relegation.
Not necessarily complaining about it but there's no denying it now
Yes, a change of manager gave a player a new lease of life in the 3rd division.I seem to remember people saying exactly the same thing about Coutts when Wilder came in.
Probably half that amount on their combined wages. Probably not much in terms of fees.Wonderful - that's £2m+ down the drain.
Hopefully Fleck will show more than in his injury affected season last year but why PH has extended Osborn is a total mystery to me. I know he's a fan but he's miles away from being Prem level.
8 more places then.Jebbison came through the Academy and doesnt have to be named in the squad of 25
It's like when my 4yr old has a strop, in many ways. No logic applied to the situation.I just genuinely dont understand this attitude
Do you think we woukd be better with two academy lads instead ?
This tickled me.Fleck has been done for the last two years. Nobody else wants him.
