We all wanted another one, maybe two and we're without the one quality signing we needed at centre half or centre mid, BUT, the defence looks stronger after the signing's of Lafferty and Ebanks-Landell and I think Lavery will be quality and as the season goes on Chapman will hopefully provide the width we currently lack. Its not doom and gloom we should rise up the league as players get used to the system and each other and by January we should be up in the mix for the automatics. Sadly Bolton and Millwall for starters look stronger, maybe Charlton and even Scunthorpe and Gillingham. I'm still optimistic though under Wilder.
