Sorry I had to shoot off early though, its my daughter's birthday weekend so I've been dragged ice skating. Just what I needed lol.

I'd have come to make the numbers up but same thing went pop in my knee the other day, and I was only coming down the bloody stairs at work.

I haven’t come away unscathed either this week - turned my ankle early doors but not bad enough not to continue. It’s not so good at the moment though and I might have to rest it for a couple of weeks
