I'm guessing CW doesn't need to scout him if he's played for him.
 
We've clearly been watching him for a while. If he falls within our price range I'm almost certain we'll try to sign him.

If Rotherham have bid 350k I think they can dream on.

In a good way or in a bad way? Obviously if you are going to die that's bad but just want to confirm if you are dying because it's good or bad that we sign him.

PS Evans won't sign.

Far from in the know mate, but personal opinion that he won't sign for United. I don't want to go down the route of "my uncle knows a man inside the club who knows Ched's dog groomer" but just from what I have read on Twitter and comments in the media I'll be really surprised if we sign him.

Very good. We would have beaten many championship clubs to the signing of one of the most wanted players in the football league. Quick, strong, can finish... And he's young. I don't expect us to sign him, as I would be amazed if he went for less than £2m.

Sounds promising I admit I know absolutely nothing about him, other than he's scored a few for Grimsby. If he's anything like the last striker we signed from Grimsby I'd be happy.
 
Would love to sign him, but can't see it, about 8 championship clubs interested, not sure we can compete with them

its an interesting one this chris seems to want 5 strikers but i dont see him keeping mcnulty bogle would be a good signing but probably will go to the championship although i think it would be a good move for the lad to come here just wonder by signing carruthers if chris might just leave it at 4 strikers at the club
 
Swap deal + cash for Leon, strangely we have to pay more cash with Leon being part of the deal.
 
Aren't we forgetting that we too might well be a Championship side very soon? Certainly can't see why he'd want to go to Rotherham.

The ammount of times I've said that about a player I'd like that was linked to a tin pot club... only to be left looking stupid.
Wiki says he's gone to Rotherham for what it's worth.
 
If we sign bogle the promotion nailed. He looks a top end champ player
 
Saw on sky this morning that Norwich and Wigan are after him , Wigan aren't a danger of signing him but Norwich may be , mainly because there guaranteed atleast championship next season
