Sunset’s not bad here either!

Nearly as good as when it goes down low over BLUT and shines in their keeper’s eyes!!

I’m sitting having a beer looking at this - and with binoculars I can see my grandchildren across the bay. Now I’m reading that Tufty has put the icing on a magical transfer window cake. Life doesn’t get any better, and I’m further North in the UK than most of you will have been.

Come what may - this will be the best Blades year since 74/75.

I take it you're not fond of the granbairns then ?

Sorry to interrupt, but going back to McBurnie, I have it on good authority that personal terms are all agreed, just need the two clubs to agree a fee and that’s it, assuming he passes the medical, of course?
Do you know if it is dependent on Swansea sourcing a replacement? I thought I heard that....

Think that is likely. Things will have to move quickly with the championship starting in 4 days time. He's their main striker isn't he?

Swansea are selling him whether they get a replacement or not. They want the money too much.

Wales online reporting that McBurnie is staying at Swansea. I have no idea how reliable Wales Online is

I've read a walesonline article saying that and the basis for the McB staying claim is a bit about Steve Cooper trying to land a chelsea midfielder and supposedly telling him their main striker will be staying in a bid to persuade him. Nothing about whether Steve Cooper has any basis on which to make that claim beyond the voices in his head so who knows.

Seems tenuous to me but then most of the crap that comes out in transfer windows and turns out to be true starts out tenuous. Is there another article?

No that's the one. Certainly seems to have got the Swans on twitter excited anyway

The only thing that concerns me is this thing about them holding out until they find a replacement as they haven't much time. My head says that powers that be at Swansea are licking their lips at £20mill, are simply trotting out this line about "not until we find a replacement" to placate the supporters and will end up chucking a rolled up bunch of fivers at some kid they find in Swansea bus station if it comes to it.

I remember reading this on Wales Online...............

“When I opened the door she was crying hysterically. She was sobbing, trying to catch her breath, and I gave her a hug to calm her down. 👠

“.... as I stroked her wool, she stirred as if either reciprocating my obvious, yet dubious overtures, or in reality actually put off by my advances. The sheep, it seemed, was morally objective to man-on-mutton bestiality”.

Dr Deidrie replies:
Go for it boyo.
