Another one out the door, and we now need to find another player to replace him.

Yet here we are, having been kept dangling by him and apparently even letting him train with us and at the point it matters walking away.
Can’t help feeling we’ve let it drag on again too long and may well have adjusted targets expecting him to sign due to the way it was going. Me now need to find a free transfer, loan, or use some of the budget we had for other positions to buy in historically the most expensive position on the pitch.

Throw in the fact the club stuck by him during all the shit he caused off the pitch in his early years and his constant fitness issues that pre-date the Hecky shirecliffe sniper injury crisis. We got what out of him? about one seasons worth of games of him actually being fully fit.

The club has played it's part in him leaving but I'd still say he owes us more than we owe him when everything is considered. Yet the reality is he and his agent kept us waiting til a better offer elsewhere landed.

So yeah I can't say I will be wishing him all the best, hopefully he buys enough suncream.
