Did we bring McNulty back from Bradford, is it purely a coincidence that our form has dropped since his return and Guess what Bradford form has improved .

Because he's a fucking poisonous cunt, just like his entourage of pricks from Edinburgh and his wanker of a dad. Called it a loooooong time ago. Been waiting far too long for him to be removed.

Contract runs out soon enough.

He should be off as long as we don't have a daft clause in his contract that allows the player to extend his deal for another year...

You can bet that if he has such a clause, he's exactly the sort of person who would trigger it too.

I think against Fleetwood we put him in the shop window and not because he was the best player available , for that game, this backfired on us bigtime , i doubt we will see him start another game for us

Same with Bradford I think. I suspect we were hoping he'd score loads for them and some big club would offer us daft money.

Perhaps we should have fans campaign similar to the one we had against the wanker who's portraying as a statue at Coventry.
Ffs I'm not a fan of that club ,but they have my sympathy.

Look he's not very good. He didn't do enough to keep his place.

But is there any substance at all to these stories about him being poisonous etc?

He gets a really bad press on here, but is it merited? Wilder seemed happy enough to bring him back and pick him.

I'm not defending him. I just haven't seen the case for the prosecution.

Something very odd and unexplained about that starting eleven for Fleetwood and starting with McNulty. If we wanted to put him in the shop window start with our best eleven and bring him on for the last half hour if winning. Handed all the initiative and encouragement to Fleetwood.

The conspiracist in me makes me think there may be more to it, for example, had we received a decent bid for another forward and CW was trying to show McNult is not good enough as cover.? Did someone else interfere with team selection ?

Not sure I trust CW after that, support him absolutely but trust has to be earned again after that team choice.

Wilder rules , full stop . I think it was a bit of out of the box thinking . McNulty are you all mouth and trousers , ok show me what you can do .

All and sundry falls flat on there arse . Like as you said not good enough for cover never mind a first team starting place .

Rumour had it we were off loading Clarke , which could have had something to do with it.

Let's all hope Hamson is the answer .

Since he returned we have earned 7 points and Bradford 10. So yes they have won 3 more points than us, but don't think that down to McNulty and any sane person would agree. You could argue we have had tougher games than they have? You could say some of our players lost a bit if form in those games, not that the return of a fringe player is the reason for this.

Indeed. Makes absolutely no sense that he started.

Have we resigned Gary ?
Still remember his goal against Liverpool in the league cup.
He must be getting on a bit now, still probably better than Hammond though.

Wilder said he'd been looking sharp, hence the start against Fleetwood. It may have back fired but maybe Wilder was confident that maybe McNuts could perform under him, just like Coutts.

I'm no mathematician, but those odds seem to make it pretty unpredictable to me.

I say you are a mathematician.....the implication in this statement is that there are 353,485 more predictable posts - although the time or any other reference frames are not specified. Notwithstanding the absence of these, that would make this one pretty unpredictable indeed I suggest

There are at least two posters on here with too much time on their hands

Think the OP is on to something, heard this in a boozer from a geezer:

McNulty "Ey Jimmy, U Moore ye twat, ye best let loads of sloppy goals in now I'm back or ye a dead man"

To be honest I ain't sure but it did seem a strange decision for him to start against Walsall, apart from that I thought the thread might be a good for a laugh . His merits do seem to divide characters on here.
