What precisely is 75-85% done? What is the doubt over that 10% that might move it from 75 -85 or stall it getting to 85%? At 85%, where is it in terms of completion? Awaiting what? Due diligence? Proof of funds? EFL approval? Or something like awaiting board approval for terms? What precisely is the position without resorting to some vague hand waving approximation which in reality means nothing.
