I'm friendly with some Leicester City season ticket holders who hold Adams in very high regard and really enjoyed the brand of football served up during his tenure.

Very disapointed we didnt try & go that bit extra & get SOD.
I doubt we will really know if we even tried to get him but Birchs words about who we wanted (basically naming SOD in all but name) and then going for the same old style of manager means there will be less sason ticket sales next year IMO.

I don't understand what this wank-fest regarding O'Driscoll is about. I also don't understand why people put 2 and 2 together and got 42 regarding Trevor Birch's comments about the manager's job. Maybe the club have approached O'Driscoll, in which case he may take the job or he might not fancy it. The way he is being built up on here i'm surprised he wasn't in for the Inter job.

I too am bemused at why some are building SOD up so much. His best ever achievement is to get a team to mid-table in the Championship. His overall record (points per game) is average at best, some would say poor. The Donny fans wanted him out not so long ago. He has no experience of managing a big city club with big expectations. And personally, I don't find Donny particularly good to watch - too much passing sideways and backwards for me.
