When there are 15000 steel workers sweating on whether they will have a job in 6 months time you have to wonder why a single one of our lot are worth shedding tears for.

I'd be happy with administration, deductions and at least starting with a proper clean slate compared to the same tossers trotting out and stealing money from fans every week.

We are the club where fans apart we have no redeeming features.

We need a left back, Wallace is out of favour and Harris is out on loan, so Done plays there.

Brayford's injured, we need a right back, Freeman's out on loan, so Whiteman plays there (he's much better doing Hammond's job for a 5th of the price)

We need a goal, but McNulty's out on loan, so we have to chuck Sammon on. We might as well have chucked a salmon on.

Harris, Freeman, McNulty. None of them superstars but ALL put a shift in and ALL better in their positions than the stand-ins we used tonight.

So with Flynn at Left Wing and Ben Whiteman wasted at RB and with Hammond and Coutts the main CMFs, this is the man to lead us to the glory he definitely definitely sees happening at some point somewhere in the future?

You are missing my point. With the people selecting the next manager and running the club we may as well stay as we are. The lot needs cutting out from top to bottom. In any other organisation failing this badly the CEO gets voted out. Without that Adkins resignation is just another millstone around our neck.

If you lot really want out of this mess, then this is my suggestion...

You offer Simon Graydon whatever it takes to tempt him in. The only bloke who has repeatedly got teams out of this league, but at clubs where there is expectation.

You (the fans) then give him time and appreciate it may not happen in the first season, and if you're not walking the league by Christmas, you don't panic but stay with him. He had a dodgy spell last year with Preston but came through it and made light of the play offs.

He's generally moved on address he's got teams promoted when they haven't stormed the championship, but Preston appreciate what he's done so have stood by him.

You're a big club though, so could surely tempt him away.

He would by my only choice if I was on your board. Stop wasting money on players wages and get the right manager and stick by him. You don't need 30 overated players at this level, just 23 young, ambitious ones.

Sharp will have retired by the time you get to the Championship, the way you're going. I wouldn't worry about who's good enough for that league, just get there first.
