That referee was he?
Can't dispute the sending off, can't dispute the penalty but I still thought he made too many decisions wrong especially some 50/50s.
Berge's yellow isn't a yellow, little niggles which could be either way went Blackburns way too.
As for the game, felt we were better first half edged it but also felt we lost the dictating of the game for the middle part of 1st half.
2nd half we didn't have the control of the match as such, couple of breakaways but Blackburn caused us problems and then we had the sending off.
Hung in there, Wes made 3 great saves and we rode some luck to be honest.
Then we get the break from a set piece to win it against the run of play in that 2nd half. Not gonna complain about that! I'd be fuming from a Blackburn point of view.
Berge looked at times every bit a PL player. I'm going to say still at times despite a very good performance because it wasn't faultless but if he can keep doing that I won't be complaining at all!
Tonight felt a bit like that Middlesborough 1-0 win in the promotion season, but we shouldn't keep comparing to that season at the same time.
We are only just in 6th and are far more likely to have to negotiate a play offf tilt which as we know lady luck doesn't seem to like us.
(Haven't we beat Blackburn at home consecutively after going down to 10 men first?)
