But wondered if any of our so called ITK’s can give us some good news?

Seems all they can manage is that Blaster is leaving and Jebbo’s off to Sunderland.

How about some news on the worst keeper we’ve ever had…where was he today?? Hoping on a plane to anywhere!!

Odd that itk’s only seem to have bad news

I for one will not miss the Prem for a moment .If it was not for the cash I would not mind if we kept in the Championship for a few seasons . I hated it before and I hate it even more now . It's not because we were out classed it's all the fakes and actors you come across every week .Every match you see it and the officials fall for it all the time ,they seems so scared of rocking the boat and making enemies of the rich and famous . Clubs paying obscene fees for mediocre players have made it a closed shop ,Can not see how newly promoted clubs can survive even with the pay out they get for getting there . Idiotic wages make it a no go area for 90% of clubs . In a week when we see a club winning the prem after alleged rule breaking on a industrial scale the prem is becoming another Scotland where we know the out come next May . Also can anyone explain why the Spurs player did not get a card after it was apparent his play acting was with the sole intention to get a innocent opponent sent off or is this another part of playing in this vile league that we should be expected to accept?

How dare a business properly compensate their employees!

Who defines'properly' ? Is it proper that sides have gone bankrupt leaving local suppliers in the lurch and laying off other employee whilst 'properly compensating their employees' ?

Yeah you have...let me help you.... Portsmouth whilst in the premier league and both Leicester and Derby a season after being relegated as a result of PL excess. Can't be arsed seeing if there's more but I think Wigans eventual demise was as a result of a cost base bloated by PL wages and maybe QPR too and didn't Leeds go bankrupt due to massive spending in the PL ?

I don't think any of those were as a result of spending whilst in the Premier League, it was from a failure to reign it in afterwards and/or the owner becoming bored and moving on. Leeds doing a Leeds was through budgeting for Champions League money which they then didn't get. There is nothing wrong with the wages being paid these days - it is a direct reflection of the vastly increased revenues at the top level of football. Where it can go wrong is if you do not properly plan for a worst case scenario, be that huge relegation wage reduction clauses, fire sales, loaning players out after relegation so another club pays the bulk of the wages, etc etc. Any PL club can pay multiple players £100k+/week - if they're stupid enough to still be paying the same in the Championship, it's not the fault of the Premier League.
