You might think that but as posted above, only 75% go in with both eyes open. It's clearly harder than it looks.

So assuming Sharp isn't on the pitch, and Ozzy isn't a starter, then Sander should be on pen duty, followed by Norwood (oops) and then Fleck based on those stats.

Seems reasonable tbh. Personally I'd give it to Berge until he misses, but I'd also like to see Baldock given a chance. He seems like the sort of player that would hit it so hard that even if a keeper got a hand to it, it might still go in.

I'm glad that backs up the eye test, which is that Ben Osborn takes easily the best penalties of anyone at the club (watch him launch his next one into space now...).

A few years back, I saw Shearer on Football Focus taking penalties blindfold. Okay. so it was on the training ground and not with the stress of a crowd, but IIRC he got all the pens he took, on target, even with the blindfold. Now that's a striker's instinct!
