He rested him when he didn’t need resting at Huddersfield, he’s come back tonight like he missed the last game, who’d have thought it?

We aren’t fucking good enough to be rotating the team around, we have players who when fit must play, Norwood is one, his confidence must’ve been rocked after been dropped on Saturday after his best two performances of the season, it’s really bad management of the group of players we have, that’s all I’ll say on that subject, especially regards Norwood.

The lad makes us tick and it’s down to others to make him have the time on the ball. Poor from Hecky the last few games, it really has been.

I can’t help but feel that we’ve missed a trick or two, our players always and I mean always play better after a run of games then continue to do so, it ain’t rocket science and no matter how much bollocks is spoken, nobody can predict when a player is going to be injured otherwise Brewster wouldn’t have carried on playing after his first hamstring injury or now fucked after his second one and this is just a small sample size of our clusterfuck of injuries and misdiagnosis.

Bit harsh, given results from last six games, 4 wins and 2 draws and before as we sit near the top of the form league.

I think in team selection Hecky has been mindful of the number of games we had to play in the last month, catching up on postponed fixtures.

I say, his management of the team has been excellent all things considered. We have a strong chance of making the play-offs and win or draw have been outplaying teams in recent games.

On the contrary, I don't think we're good enough to not rotate the team around. Our squad doesn't possess the requisite depth to stand the inevitable toll of injuries / fatigue.

We've got 12 games in 6 weeks. There's no way you're not going to need your full squad for it. Better to rotate through choice, than rotate through being forced.

We've got 12 games in 6 weeks. There's no way you're not going to need your full squad for it. Better to rotate through choice, than rotate through being forced.

Since the 20th of December we’ve played 9 bastard games, Norwood starting 7 out of the 9, there is no way Norwood is struggling now due to fitness, if he is which I don’t think he is then something drastically needs to change with our conditioning team.

Rotate later on in the season when players are fucked but right now we need our better players playing football for us every week, Norwood had just played his best two games of football for absolutely ages, I don’t think he needed dropping just yet.

I've noticed the same with Robinson at home , he doesn't go round the ground like the team, he claps but goes straight down the tunnel followed by Norwood. Wonder if it's because of the agro they have had from the fan's that they don't want to show any appreciation for support because they make think it's false

Think he’s enjoyed the highs and suffered the lows. I think the criticism has affected him. He hasn’t posted on his Instagram all season which says a lot. Probably doesn’t want to get too high from routine wins and is keeping his head down and concentrating on the football. If we go up we might see an outpouring of emotion from him at some point.

I’m really pleased that Robinson has started to turn it round. I really hope McBurnie can too not because I’m a McB fanboy but because he’s a United player. I might criticise players in the pub drinking with my mates where very few people hear the shite I spout but try not to be too critical on here (May fail occasionally) because some of the players read it. For some proving the fans wrong is a driver for others it can destroy them. The abuse that some of our fans dish out to our players is beyond the pale. You don’t have to be a clapper but equally can we stop crucifying people for what are human errors. You never know maybe they’ll play better with less pressure

Yep Hecky has got some strong performances out of him.

Think it'd be a mistake to extend his contract though, unless his salary is tiny. Good Championship backup/squad player, but only when he's focused/confident.

I think he's cost us too many points to keep on beyond current contract.
