Come on then what d'you take?

From Sunjihi's risque photo we know he some how wound up with the match ball.

Watching the highlights back, as soon as the final whistle goes, one of our fans makes a bee-line for the corner flag :)

Anyone manage to get any kit from the players?

As a matter of fact I did, was fortunate enough to pick up Marc McNulty's training bib which he threw into the crowd at the end :)

Will treasure it for years to come! (plus a handful of grass from the pitch and a programme)

I'm not sure that this counts , but I got a very pleasant surprise !

Went into a pub call the Rifle Drum in Northampton Town centre at half 11 this morning and wondered what the fuckin hell I'd walked into . It was a small traditional pub that was a cross between the Hen and Chickens and the Canon in town . The clientele in there matched also .

Imagine my surprise when John Denvers timeless classic came on the Duke box and virtually everyone in the pub belted out the greasy chip butty !

That's when I knew it was our day :)

I didn't get to the game but I did get to listen on Blades player, once it started working. I was ecstatic when we won so went for a bite to eat in Scuttlebutts, a local brew pub in Everett, WA., then nipped into a local charity shop where I found an almost new Charles Wysocky 1,000 piece jigsaw, Hey Ho Let's Go (Ramones greatest hits CD) and, or should that be, AND a Marilyn Manson - Smells like children CD.

Nowt to do with Northampton souvenirs but you have to agree, what a day :D:confused:

:fattwat:

I had to plant some straggly bit of grass in a seed tray before I went to bed, with my darling husband enquiring earnestly as to its chances to survival after being kept in a bit of foil in his pocket for six hours.

No souvenirs but a happy walk back to the car being clapped by Cobblers fans. Proper fans. Oh and a lady telling me the police were looking for me for going on the pitch. No trouble, no aggro, smiles all round. That's the way it should be.
We are proper and friendly fans but the agro in the ground was down to your fans being disrespectful but well done and congrats enjoy next year wilder and you fans deserve it

Don't take it to Bramall Lane, I don't want any risk of our lovely Desso pitch being contaminated.

On the way into the match v Cardiff for the promotion decider in the seventies I lost a filling from one of my teeth. Yesterday, about 15 minutes before kick-off I lost a filling eating a banana waiting for the match to start. That was when I knew it was our day. Now I need to find a decent dentist in Sheffield.
