They lost my business a long time ago. They have an opportunity to make something really useable and with good quality content but apart from the club posts on insta and probably other social media, things like the app and streaming are really crap

Mine has worked fine but then I have an auto clear cache setting on some platforms, others I clear manually as improves speed, performance. Interestingly I am watching on Bing browser via Amazon and all good.

I've not paid for the pre-season games because of the ridiculous pricing, but found SUTV Live pretty good last year. It would be excellent if they crucified Gage before every game and got Asaba in instead.

They are using 1080p@50hz now, last season was 720p@30hz.

To me the stream should start at least 30 mins before kick off so any issues can be sorted before the actual action starts, by starting the stream at kick off time makes us miss out when things fail like they have done several times

Ridiculous that they charge those prices for such a second-rate service. You don't even get to watch the biggest and most important games, which will be shown on Sky Sports instead.

If you compare United's prices to say, Netflix, or DAZN, or Spotify, it's totally laughable in terms of value for money. They're exploiting people's loyalty to peddle some piss poor product.

If the SUTV was even vaguely reliable or good quality then I would subscribe. But it's not. I'll just watch on my IPTV, thanks very much.

reading through the issues fellow blades have had accessing streams for pre-season matches is making me think twice about stumping up £140 to watch league fixtures. thinking the radio sheffield coverage, audio only, might be the way forward.
