Nothing will compared to the 3-2 against the pigs. If you could bottle up the emotions during that game and give it to a shrink, it would provide them with the extremes of what humans can feel, before plateauing back to a normal happy state.

Sheer euphoria at HT, crippling anxiety during the 2nd half, overwhelming relief at full time and within half an hour of FT just very happy.

I know the OP is about nights under Wilder but I watched this back on Sky Sports football a week ago, so had to mention it.

I don't think I've ever left a win feeling more deflated. It was a very strange experience. 3-0 up and absolutely battering them, then they totally battered us the second half. At half-time I was thinking we'd be leaving the game with a 5 or 6 nill victory. Relief was one emotion, but it felt like we'd almost thrown the game by the end, it was bloody draining!

I always remember when we beat Brizzle 3-2 in the 2010/11 season; Bogdanovic scoring the winning penalty. The atmosphere was incredible that night, and I think the result made a lot of us think we would claw our way out of trouble. Oh well....

In any case it was one of the few bright sparks in a wretched season [another was beating Leeds at the Lane]

Derby on Boxing Day, early sunset, lights on, shit ref, wanker away team.

We were seething and the players were too. One of the best recent games I've seen.

Agreed, even the deluded were claiming a moral victory after coming from 3 nil down to 3-2. The first of their many victories where they fail to score more goals than the opposition.

TC's masterclass 5 -0 vs Arsenal 197?

Indeed and after he had sat on the ball, the kop burst into one of the loudest chants I have ever witnessed at the Lane.

"Tony, Tony, Currie............" echoed around the ground. - it seemed for ages.

UTB
His two goals. Forgotten most things over the years, not them though.
