Clough is yet to draw a match, which can only be a good thing.

Better to have lost two and won two than drawn all four.

I disagree and from what I've heard from Clough, so does he. drawing all four would show consistency on which we can build on. The key from today was the clean sheet.

The important thing next game is to keep another clean sheet. If that means a dour 0-0 then so be it. If it means we nick a 1-0 then all the better.

Losing means were making mistakes, Clough is clearly trying to get a solid base. Whilst the two wins are welcomed and boost to moral etc, in the long run it's better to eradicate those mistakes and build on that.

Clough has come in and is steadying the ship,
Only listened to it on the radio today but I never felt we were in trouble.
I honestly believe we will be above the middle early new year.
Our fitness levels are improving with every game.
Clough doesn't know yet his strongest team or formation but this isn't far way.
I love to see good football as much as anyone but work rate, organization ang commitment will get us back to the championship.

I think Clough will do. He is an average manager and he is the best we might expect on our present position. I liked Wilson, another average manager and think it was a mistake to let him go precisely because we are not in a position to get anyone with better credentials or you take a punt on a rookie. Like we did and look what happened. I like the fact that he seems quite candid and he does not seek publicity for its own sake . I worry we will lose support because he is not v charismatic and frankly there is not much in the short term to look forward to other than survival. But for those of us prepared to be in it for the long haul, maybe in a few years Cloughy will come good. Quietly optimistic shhhhh

So you want charismatic. I wish , But is that important, I would have appointed, the most boring person ever if ,they could sneak under the radar and advance our prospects.
