Girona Blade has commented on a story in the Stir about Parrino coming back to the UK

I didn't realise this was going to be made public so soon but Parrino is indeed the full-back I referred to yesterday such that Lowton can be released further forward. His wages are very low compared to similar players in England so, injury permitting, he should end up being a decent signing. Disappointingly, looks unlikely Alan Quinn will return as he stills fancies a championship club (on championship wages). Not surprised, Turner wasn't in goal yesterday. Utd only able to sign a keeper such as him or Duke if some early summer enquiries for Simonsen are followed up. Prem clubs though are not particularly moving quickly with their fringe deals (Simo would only be a secondthird choice keeper) done only after their major deals are sorted which will only speed up once the deadline approaches. Same for Quinn and Monty. Evans though should be gone before the Oldham fixture. He is being watched by enough championship clubs now for one to make an offer and they want to do business sooner than the Prem due to the earlier start. If he doesn't end up at Burnley, it will probably be their offer that sparks the others into action. Don't expect much of a fee though, this talk of £1m+ is rubbish only Leicester could go anywhere near that.

That's the news I've been waiting to hear for the last few weeks . Parrino has always been eager to return to us ...and without stormtrooper Yeates snapping at him all through the game ....I reckon we'll see some of that lads natural skill once again .

Before you get all smart just think about it. Willo gets sent off and is injured too often. Yeah i'd like to keep willo but the fact is he'll probably be on the sidelines more than anything. So if you think i'd keep Monty over Willo because of footballing ability, your wrong. If he spent more time on the pitch my opinion would be different.

Sure, but that's not really relevant to this topic. Things get out at different times at different places. Transfers take time to conclude and along the way some people often hear about it before the official announcement, is that so hard to believe? For example, we'll be signing a Norwegian youngster for the academy soon.
