Sadly unlike Blackburn when the wheels start coming off, our 'team' wont fight for the cause.

I'm confident we can at least pick up a point vs an in form and playoff contenders Coventry, but another heavy loss and this season could turn very ugly very fast.
their not fighting for this manager either somethings not right worrying times

Coventry are 3/1 with skybet. Bet of the season?

Cov are only that high up in the table because they have the best home record in the division. Away from the Ricoh, they have less points than we have away from BL

One of the women on our team at work (field based role) is a big Coventry fan and asked me this morning what it would be like for her to bring her 4yo daughter to this for her 1st away game.

I told her I wouldn't if it was me as it's pretty toxic at the moment and if, quite likely, we lose then it could get pretty ugly that day. Coupled with the inevitable trouble on BL either before or after by coked and boozed up idiots. Not one for a 4yo IMHO.

Alternatively it'll just be a sea of apathy. Post Blackpool game I didn't see any bother. And lack of any atmosphere at all from home stands suggested noone cared too much.

Great time for any away team to visit I'd think !

They were in League One when we finished the 9th best team in the country over a season. What a job Robins has done, and they’ve been clever in the transfer market. They were a basket case of a club a few seasons ago… just shows what happens when everyone at the club is pulling in the same direction.

First meeting since the infamous tennis ball and whistles game at the Ricoh when their lot decided to invade an empty stand and the pitch 10 minutes before the end when Cov were actually on top....... it was just slightly amusing when from the re-start Billy slammed the winner home....

I remember walking back to the car that night was pretty toxic, which was absolutely nothing to do with our lot singing, "we love you Sisu" in response to their balls and whistles protest....

No time for Cov ever since, hope we absolutely smash them.

Moore will get a good reception , treated shit by this club , cov fans love him , looking at things now it worked out well for us 🤣
I'd disagree that he was treated badly. Maybe signing Blackman you could argue, but signing Henderson twice and Ramsdale were all correct decisions.

That wasn't the last meeting. We played them at home after that which near enough confirmed promotion. When Wilder Klinsmann dived onto the pitch

TBH I was thinking of giving this one a miss and watching on TV, but as I am convinced that once the government get Christmas out of the way then some Covid restrictions on crowds and gatherings will be back for January and February.. so I am getting to as many games as I can whilst allowed.

I'm getting another big win feeling, just like when I predicted the tonking of The Posh. Perhaps not as flamboyant a victory but I'm going for 4-0 or 4-1.

They didn't fight for the guy that recruited them or got them into the PL, likewise they didn't fight for Knill, Hecky, JOC their mate out with a serious injury, each other or themselves, doesn't appear tge vast majority can fight.

Coventry City who yesterday had a man sent off and went one down, pulled level, went 2-1 down and came back to win 3-2.
I'll not bother tuning in for that one then!
So - we need them to get at least 2 sent off to level things up I reckon. Unfortunately for us, modern football is much more a young men's game, and Coventry have lots more young men in their squad than we do.

I bought a ticket last minute, hope it's a fun one. Could of picked a good game here, sounds like there is a bit of history. See you at the game!

Let’s shove Their whistles right down their throat by sending em back where they came from with a right goal glut
