Personally I would have loved us to have Umbro rather than the template kits we're going to get from Adidas.

This one. If there's a colour imbalance, you have to have more red than white.Stripey Adidas!!
Looks good in long sleeves as the 3 stripes give the sleeve contrast:

Not so much in short sleeves:

I ordered the DHgate one for a laugh. Advertised as next seasons shirt but arrived with an errea badge, full dye sub print with no embroidery whatsoever. Not a bad looking shirt but it's origins are mysteriousSource: dhgate
I know you know this but Nike bought Umbro purely to get the England contract. They then spun off the shell of Umbro to an umbrella brand corporation (Iconix) which also, coincidentally, owns Pony.Adidas are better these days.
Since Nike took umbro, theybe been a bit toss
Umbro are now owned by the wank castore ain’t they?I know you know this but Nike bought Umbro purely to get the England contract. They then spun off the shell of Umbro to an umbrella brand corporation (Iconix) which also, coincidentally, owns Pony.

I didn't know that actually. Didn't realise they bought it for EnglandI know you know this but Nike bought Umbro purely to get the England contract. They then spun off the shell of Umbro to an umbrella brand corporation (Iconix) which also, coincidentally, owns Pony.
I'd guess Newcastle involved or consulted in the design.
It's similar to their original barcode kit from the 90s

We could have had all the retro kits from 80s/90s re issued with the Umbro logo on.Personally I would have loved us to have Umbro rather than the template kits we're going to get from Adidas.
