A mystery man has made his intentions clear to the press today that he believes that he can stop the Blades slide towards the bottom half of the Championship.
Apparently seen in Blackpool on the town's central pier yesterday gauging the reactions of United supporters,this new benefactor ,known locally as Mr Punchinello or Mr Punch,says that his "new ways of thinking" would shake up the boardroom and the club as a whole.

He is reported as being quoted saying the following about the club...
* The defeat to Blackpool yesterday night - "Naughty Naughty Naughty"
*Whether he would follow the example of Steve Gibson at Middlesborough and fire Kevin Blackwell after recent poor performances... - "That's the Way to Do It!"
Mr Punch is believed to be a family man,with a wife and child,and a dog.He has also close links to the Police,and is also reported to have killed a crocodile by using a large wooden stick....
