I was in Weymouth on the weekend just gone and met a man wearing a blades shirt. I explained I was also a blade and even though I live in Bristol now I have passed the blades on to my kids. “A man with sense in Weymouth”, he replied! Then he showed me his two blades rings, one of which he just purchased. He said he had over 60 kits from down the years. He was a lovely chap with his wife/partner with him. If you know him or are him, best wishes to you sir!

I do know a United fan who lives in Weymouth, don’t think he’s got 60 kits though or a United ring, so maybe there’s two in that neck of the woods.

I'm down in Weymouth from tomorrow, for 4 days, visiting my parents. My Dad originates from Sheffield and has supported the Blades 72yrs. I also know of at least 4 more people from the Weymouth/Portland area who are Utd supporters.

One of the best curry houses I have been in, on my travels, is in Weymouth. I haven't been for a couple of years. Hope it's still as good

I saw the blades at Weymouth friendly ore - season around 20 years ago .
Grounds a but out the way though .
Get decent support but my abiding memory is the chairman's wife at the time was a blades fan and the kept messaging me regards blades souvenirs.
We had around 30 down that weekend.

I was visiting Dartmoor zoo other day as live in Plymouth and as we saw the owls there was a pig there with his shirt on fucking weird

I have some distant relatives who come from the Weymouth area, the Hollands. Keith Holland used to manage Weymouth. Originally they were from Sheffield and would be 2nd cousins. I think in his playing days Keith was a goalie. They would be relatives of my late grandmother. She like me followed United.
