It seems the club are manually porting people's loyalty points from the old "SUFC Talent Sport" site on to the new system. Of the 4 accounts in our family two are showing the correct loyalty points where as I and another family member have away ticket purchases missing. My tickets for Stoke and Hull away are showing which makes me think some earlier games may have been missed. As a result I'm showing 500 loyalty points less than I was on the old system. Just something for people to keep an eye on.

Someone else too. I only noticed the other day. Myself and my son have 300 points missing. These were Preston and Brum away. Will wait for a while before contacting the club. It may just be teething problems with the new site.

Yep, noticed the same immediately when I registered, though for me at least it looks like the points for the tickets I bought from Preston onwards have since been added on.

2 out of our 3 are slightly higher than they should be and one slightly lower!!

They are checking and adding the missing points manually into the system.

Jesus, have things ever been so good? If this had happened 3 years ago it’d have been “useless twats” and “can’t they do owt right?”

Now it’s “I’m sure it’s just teething problems” and give them time”

What’s happening to us? :D

The exporting of details from one system and importing them to another should be absolutely straight forward.

It's absolutely fundamental that this should be 100% correct and for me should have been tested 100% BEFORE it was transferred live.

It ISN'T rocket science at all.

Get onto the club and let them know - there is no one more up their own arse than IT programmers - I know I work in the industry.

Some Jiggery-Pokery going on here I fear - according to Bielsa, Leeds have only had 10 points gone missing.

Where do you find out how many loyalty points you have?

Click on the person icon on top right and then select Loyalty Points.

I get what you’re saying. I imagine it’s because they wanted to have the new system available for season ticket sales, which obviously began before the season had finished (with people still accruing points). It probably would have been simpler for the season ticket sales to have happened on the old system before switching over in June.

UAT should always be completed and tested rigorously pre transfer to a new system. Right, time to book flights to Faro again. UTB!!

Miner's across and looks right, addition of new ST loyalty points excepted

I'm keeping an eye, as mine are out of sync and don't want them to be forgotten :)
