Where it says on the plans, on the corner. Increasing density means adding a floor, or putting more buildings and less gardens in the space available. Being as it would need an amendment to the current plans, United could object anyway.

And, if these aren’t moved as a result of a broader change to the stand to accommodate them (like the cheapo bolt-on extension), moving the existing facilities by the existing turnstiles. And, if these are moved to where the new turnstiles are, new drainage. It’s a bit of a pain, and not as simple as just a new set of stairs, but it probably wouldn’t close the stand.

The problem with all of McCabe's developments is that they don't possess any long term value.
For instance, the car park behind the South Stand, how has that leveraged its real value over the last 40 or 50 years? Its the same with the "not luxury" kop flats and indeed the hotel with a bar. There has an improper use of the available land.

I suggest this:

1. Behind the South Stand rebuild the Cricket Pavilion as an architectural and "heritage feature" of what will be the new away end.
2. Pull down the South Stand and the hotel.
3. Turn the pitch around and reposition.
4. Extend the kop with temporary seating towards the new "pavilion end".
5. Given that it is the oldest: first of all knock down the Bramall Lane stand, get rid of the hotel and business centre and rebuild.
6. Rebuild John Street stand as the new Kop (with the traditional hill access).
7. Rebuild old kop.
8. Improve bogs, pies and beer.
9. Fill in the corners as required.
10. Add gyms, social clubs, cheese bars, breweries, wine bars and general executive rip off.

Well apart from the fact that we don't know exactly what he wants valuing at residential prices, because that's come from the club's side in a statement that was big on emotion and small on detail, even if he wanted the whole plot valued at residential market prices it would be on the basis that if the Prince got it on the cheap and then moved the club himself, selling the ground for housing, the Prince would make a killing and McCabe would be standing there looking like a complete fool. Or alternatively he is trying to make the price so high that either the Prince can't afford it and so the judgement of the court case is reviewed, or he has to dip into future PL funds to such a degree that the fans turn against him (or he can't raise it because no one will lend against it).
That's IF the club are correct in what they are saying and IF we assume it's the whole plot we're talking about. All of it is a lot more plausible than McCabe deciding he's going to turf Sheffield United out without a home to go to and build a block of flats on one of the oldest and most historical grounds in the country.
How this has gone from an inference in a spat between these two, to McCabe building houses on the ground and kicking the Blades out in a matter of days is, quite frankly, bizarre.

Considering the millions spent on a new player in the PL, I don't see any of it being a major problem. Just a bit of a ball-ache when really none of it should be happening.
Apart from that, I'm not sure he would be able to just take it on himself to move the bulldozes in and start building. The club have a legal right to purchase the rest of the land and then probably have some sort of right of way across his bit of land and until the kop has alternative access he might not be able to even start. Or the club could contest the entire plan on the basis that they have right of way. I don't know, but I really don't see it being as simple as McCabe just deciding to do what he wants and the club has to jump. (I don't think he would go that far, anyway)

Tony, sometimes 50 quid can take you to places you could never have imagined.
My suggestion was - however obscure - is that it is possible to rebuild BDTBL in a way that can have an impact for everyone.
