I forget, have we already launched the 8th kit this season

I wonder what the excuse from the club will be this year for 3 new kits?

Swiss, why exaggerate... We've only got 6!

And.. the best two are the ones we never wear.

In that case we still need to 'shoe horn' in the other two Ltd edition shirts.

Celebrate 3 home defeats with our Ltd edition '3defeats shirt'. The shirt has been manufactured with a special type of fabric in a limited batch. The fabric has only ever been used by Macron to produce their top range of replica sports and leisure wear. Exclusive to all shirts that it is used in, Macron and SUFC have teamed up together in a unique way only ever seen before in every other shirt we've produced. The new '3defeats kit' has been launched in Macron's very own "Piggy Blue" with oinker white, Macron are confident that this new ltd edition shirt will becaome a fans favourite for many years to come!

I've got the white 3rd shirt. BNWT - never worn it either. Was a birthday pres last year. Well they bought me the home shirt but it's so dreadful (I was there when we had the original thin black stripe around the red in the Stainrod / Sabella era) I opted for an exchange for the white one. Not keen on the flimsy collar, see.

The collar on this years shirt looks like a crap after thought.

Hope this years shirt has a decent collar.

HH

They should change them every two years as before, home kit one year and then away kit the year after.
The novelty value at the moment is shite changing all 2/3 kits every year and we probably don't sell as many (?) than if we changed less often. Anybody have any stats?
You used to really look forward to the new home / away kit coming out, now it's just shelling peas.

Given whoever they do ends up with dispute and dissatisfaction - stripes to narrow, stripes too broad, badge in middle, collar/no collar etc surely mows the time for something different ? The white shirt with diagonal sash or the Cantors shirt? Something different might induce more people to buy rather than just adjusting gather piping on a sleeve or somesuch one year after another.

People might be more inclined to buy shirts if they didn't fall to pieces after a few washes, having said that the way this team performs seeing someone actually not too embarrassed to be seen in one is a rare occasion.

You say it best.........when you say nothing at all.

Out of interest which shirt falls to bits? I've had a few of the Macron shirts and they've been worn and washed alot.

All are in excellent condition still.

I get the feeling that this is a myth

The one you got with the ST with all the player names on lost it's transfers after a few weeks, replaced it without a problem but the replacement didn't last much longer before it started losing transfers and the Macron Logo which was a shame as for once the shirts were a decent fit on a normal human and the material was a bit thicker than the usual efforts. But I have not had a shirt since we were sponsored by Malta I just don't think it is worth it when transfers fall off so readily. The wife would buy me a new home and away shirts each season until I told her to save her cash, my old shirts from years ago are perfect, I've got a Patrick shirt which would still look good if I hadn't put on quite a few pounds over the years.

That's too easy. "Just say no" the cast of Grange Hill.

Is it my go?

The sparkle in your eyes
Keeps me alive
And the sparkle in your eyes
Keeps me alive, keeps me alive

Sanctuary .... The Cult ?
