New shirt...

Got to admit I'm not too keen on that, I'd rather have the red and white stripes the same width.
The Leeds one looks alright though, a very simple, classic design, I wouldn't mind if they took the same approach with ours.

I didnt like the look of that Brighton one either.

I would like us to have a simple design aswell, like the Avec one in the mid 90's or something like the laced shirt from 92-94.

Or revert back to the 05-06 shirt but have it mainly red and white stripes with the black trim on the sleeve hem or even on either side of the red and white stripes.

As an away kit i would love a yellow one with red trim Or purple and yellow halved shirts.

No thanks, that looks like some naff kit from the 80's

Something like this please!

I would like to see just above the united badge on all new shirts, a gold star to represent being league champions once. And below the united badge four silver stars to represent being FA Cup winners.

I dont think Gold and Silver were invented last time we won owt

A Coca-Cola bottle would more appropriate, then again, maybe no bottle, a can

I hope we don't change the design much, I really like the design of this season's home shirt, I presume that we're keeping the same sponsor so on that basis we'll be keeping the away kits... yeah right!

Oh and that Brighton shirt is awful

That Brighton one is different. Crap arrangement of stripes, and so shiny it might as well be made from foil. It looks like it was designed by somebody who has either no idea of what a football shirt needs to do, or somebody who relies on a labrador to help them get around.

Now, as those nice chaps at Sky and even Jug Ears on the Beeb like to remind us, football didn't exist before the Premier League started. So what better idea that a shirt based on the design of the one worn by the scorer of the first ever football goal, Sir Brian Deane?

Heres one I designed a few years ago that I'd like to see. I sent it to the club at the time but I don't hold much hope of ever seeing it.

Don't like that Brighton kit, it looks too shiny.

I hope we just go for a clean, classic look. No silly badges on the arms.

This is a United Shirt i have designed that i think might look good

Brownie :lol::lol::lol:

For me, it's got to be a v-neck collar, nothing stupid unlike the current one, and quite traditional.

I'd love a yellow away kit with red trim.

I'd vote for Brownie's kit. All our recent designs seem to have too much of what Dave Bassett would call fanny dangle.

sorry but it has to be simple red and white stripes front and back that are the same size .. i can't stand asymmetric stripes.. no bloody pinstripes either.. simple fred perry style collar. end.. (oh and the socks should be WHITE not black ffs)

That Brighton kit is awful.

Red and white stripes. The same thickness. Front and back. No fancy squiggles please. Plain and simple classic style with no collar. Black shorts with white socks would look good with that kit.

Why do we always have kit makers that seem to make low quality kits too. Fradi and Chengdu have got Nike. As part of the family, can't we get involved in that and have a kit that doesn't run or have bits peeling off? ? ?

The associated "club wear" might actually be worth buying then too.

Oh and a goalie kit that is just a normal green would look good too instead of some lumo effort

If our kit supplier was ADIDAS I would spend a fortune without doubt, would be nice to have some casual wear that you would be happy to wear instead of the stuff that is in the club shop now same sad tired old design and poor quality for the money

I really like that shirt, better that Atletico Madrid's. I agree with the poster above, I'd spend a fortune in the club shop if we had a good manufacturer. No more Macron for me after all of the peeling off issues and general crap feel, tis like a sack hanging off me with a rediculous neck...

Does anybody know the club'd feelings about the quality/appearance of the Macron merchandise?
