I have to say that i have have no problem at all with what our new owners or how they are doing things both on and off the pitch. Some blades may gave thoyghr thet would be splashing the cash on big fees for players but i never did.
Comparing our owners to whats happening at leeds with their new owner and the prospect of forest greens old manager being named as boss tomorrow, reaffirms that we should be happy.
The pigs may be spoyting their usual delusional rubbish at the moment, but for me their take over could go either way

Pigs actually think he's paid £40m and thats goid business for a 'sleeping giant' with great potential. What potential?
Mandy bought them for £1 and tbey are still in the shit with a rust bucket ground, no assets and around 8 contracted first team players..

This returns to the McCabe point I made a few weeks back. You can slag him off, and want him out all you want, but be careful what you wish for in football. McCabe has made some shocking errors, but has always worked in a way he thought best for our club. These guys are a completely new entity in football, and the currently arbitrary 'Fit and Proper' test needs to be tightened up before more of these dodgy characters take over clubs. Cellino is the worst so far it seems, Wednesday fans are deluded if they think they're going to storm up the league, he's just another Mandaric, and things aren't exactly rosey at Charlton, Watford, Hull, Cardiff etc. I fear for English football and the direction it is heading

Though this would end up with someone using an opportunity to bore us to death with more pig shite, Scholarblade, leave it out mate, this is a blades forum in general blades chat, nothing in there about pork shite.

Please please spare us from pig shit in this section, there is a proper scholarly section for it.

I 've messages a Leeds pal to see what he thinks of their situation as I am genuinely intrigued.

As for our club, can't help but agree that we have been lucky with McCabe and more recently with the Prince. No one is perfect, and KMC has made a hash of things before but bless him, his heart is in the right place...

My post was to be positive about our new owners and their approach, which is not without critisism from some quarters
The reference to wendy and leeds was for comparison purposes, although i suppose i did take the opportunity to reference the delusions of pig fans!
