We're obviously concentrating on the league given the team we put out.

I'd be more worried if I were the pigs, who fielded a full first XI but still couldn't get through

Yes, but that Luton side will be promoted into the Championship, and I think they'll stay up. They reminded me very much of Preston before they went up. Not great, but streetwise and well-organized. Wednesday could have done with Forestieri to conjure something, or suffer a sudden faint in or around the penalty box. His legs always seem to go in that area of the pitch ...

No Wiz, the FA Cup is not our priority this season. Should we have won today? Yes. Is it poor? Yes. Was Wilder fucking furious? Yes. Did he care? Yes. Have several players just ended their careers with us? Probably.

I’ll take you back to 03 with Warnock. 2 cup semi finals, a team that were pulling up trees all over. But, come that final in Cardiff we were found wanting. We were utterly shot and beaten convincingly on the day. We played over 60 games that season. Now at the end of that season what did we all reflect on? The failure of our team to get promoted when it should have pissed all over Wolves.
I’m not saying it’s a priority BW, I’m saying we could’ve atleast tried. That team that was picked today as a unit was like a bunch of smack heads who were on the come down after only just meeting under a subway.

A mixture of experienced first teamers, a few squad players, with a few kids chucked in, who would’ve tried their bollocks off by the way and I wouldn’t have batted an eyelid had we lost. I don’t like going out on a whimper BW, maybe it’s just me?

I’m annoyed about today’s result as I thought the players would at least try and win the game!!.
Clearly they couldn’t be bothered so some of them now know that they’ve wasted their chances to fight for a first team place?.
We move onto QPR and let’s see what happens in the next few days/weeks with those players from today’s 11?.
Onwards and upwards. UTB

Agreed. We were beaten by the better (non league) team. We, along with many other clubs, have lost respect for the FA Cup. Our best team could have been competitive. But no, we're not that interested.
Some years back Man Utd were roundly condemned for not even bothering to enter the FA cup. At least they were being honest that they had no interest in the
competition.
Putting out a team of stiffs (we weren't the only club to do this) just devalues the Cup. Jockeys and boxers who throw races/bouts get reprimanded. The same should happen to football managers who don't try.

Some were laughing at the pigs drawing with Luton Saturday.. hmm

It isn't just about losing for me, and I don't begrudge a non league side the much needed money they'll get from the next round, it's the fact that it's another nail in the coffin of a grand old British traditional competition.

if the fans know their club aren't even going to try to win, why bother going ?....:(

Why do you have to care absolutely or not at all nowadays?

I'm somewhere in the middle.

Pissed off at the time, and thinking some of those players need to have a look at themselves before they start knocking on the door asking to be regulars.

Madine signing has "this could end badly" written all over it but purely from the type of player he is rather than the type of man (an unmitigated shithouse for sure), I can sort of see why. Personally, my gut feeling is that he will offer considerably more than Ched Evans would.

But we are third in the table, with a realistic chance of getting into the Premier League. And it's not going to get fucked up by some bit part players in a cup competition (well played by the way Barnet) but it could get fucked up in a Courtroom. For me, THAT'S what we should be feeling concerned about.
