Come on ginger gnome I'd like to see that

I would like to have a change from white socks to either red or black, I realise folk will say ah its tradition to have white socks but we had black socks before white, anyway tradition regarding kit style ended years ago, central red stripe on the shirt a must for me.

Nice work GG however i'm not a huge fan of this colourful combo!

I don't know what hurts my eyes and mind the most, the fact that it reminds me too much of Watford? or that I have this horrible Birmingham City number in my head :)

Jesus Christ, when the fuck did that come out? That's atrocious.

Why does their 140th anniversary warrant a sideways German flag as a shirt?

Did they actually wear that at some point? Or is it like the hoopy Norwich third kit that was much-mocked, but rarely worn.

I'm not a fan of the yellow thing I made, I just followed the recolouring request.

It's a copy of their 1972 away shirt which was apparently popular with fans.

Probably like our Yellow/Brown striped one. Iconic to us, ridiculous to others.

New kit's
New kit's what?
Red and white? late in arriving? no better than last year? :)

I've had to amend the thread title. It was making me twitch every time I read it.

And yes, there will be new kits. Based on the fact that we've had a new one every year since fleecing fans became fashionable.

I have no real issue with a new kit every season. After all, every club is at it. Although I appreciate its just another way of extracting more money from most people's ever diminishing wallet. However, I just wish the fans could have a say in the kit design instead of only the elite top table approving what we as fans are expected to buy

Whilst I acknowledge the difficulty in allowing supporters to vote on a website perhaps where it could be open to abuse, there must be some exclusive way of allowing fans to voice their opinion. Perhaps ST holders may be able to contribute, using their unique reference on their ST?

I think allowing fans a voice on kits would actually be very beneficial to the club and supporters alike. I'm not too sure why it isn't more of a common thing for clubs to do, I don't see many if any down sides to it. It's a good thing in more than one way. Fans wouldn't be so inclined to feel as though they're being treated as money issuing pieces of shit, and also, the club as a whole would probably benefit from getting a much better kit out of it every year.

We had a third kit last season that was quite nice. Wouldn't mind something like that for an away kit next season.

There int no cheese in a cheesestring, though. Mainly melted down Barbie dolls and MSG.

Piccalilli looks like demon vomit, so for that reason, I'm out.
You're right about cheese strings. My mistake

As for piccalilli, would could possibly be wrong with crispy veg, mustard, vinegar, spices, sugar. Yummy demon vomit.

This is Sunderland's home kit this season. Might give us an idea of what we can expect.
