Agreed, bit like the neck 'laced' one from the early 90's...

Speaking of which, the shirts arrived today (unlike the tickets ) and the fittings are in a nutshell slightly 'smaller' than last years, being, in a way, a 'fitted' style without being 'tight'. Overall pleased with it and indeed, looks the dogs in the flesh

To utilise the red socks how about an away kit based on this macron template. White with red and black bands?

I'd take it, as long as it didn't have multiple sponsors like the French clubs do, I think it would look great.

Personally, I'll be gutted if we don't go for the same away shirt that was used 1977-79, yellow with four black 'v's; my vintage replica of this now has a rather faded look to it, and it is my absolute fave away shirt of all time.

Didn't they sell them as a replica, we saw someone wearing one at MK Dons, and it was the first time i had seen it.

Yep, there were vintage ones available in the club shop about eight years ago, but mine has gone a somewhat paler yellow than it should be through repeated washes. Now, if someone can tell me how to return a garment to its original vivid colour...
