A friend who is well connected in Danish football has told me that Randers FC owners Svend Lynge Jørgensen, Erik Busk Jensen and Henrik Jørgensen have met United World representatives multiple times this year to discuss a sale.

Hugely mixed feelings on this one.... I actually follow a bit of Danish football, mainly for betting reasons but never the less I do enjoy watching it.... and no doubt we will have someone better equipped on here to comment from watching it first hand, but there are some cracking young talents to be had up there. I've said it a few times on here... the likes of Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland should be hotbeds in terms of scouting at our football club. There is some real raw talent at affordable prices, much more value that the typical european countries.

Flip the coin however and I hate this whole association with United world. It has done nothing to date in terms of offering a conveyor belt.... and it seems the other clubs in the umbrella hate it equally as much.

I fancy one of those to win the Eurovision

Yay, more of this season's parachute payments going on off field ventures instead of financing Sheffield United Football Club on the pitch?

Our last owner went the global domination rout in China and Argentina, and we even got a couple of players out of it,
BUT, though it may have been a good move for his Company, didn't United finished up in Div.3... ?

How can the Prince even contemplate investing in another club which surely can't be profitable for him ?
If he's got limited cash , wouldn't it make more business sense to invest at the Lane where a return to the Pl , however unlikely , would reap financial rewards ?
Makes me wonder if he's finally got a buyer lined up for us.

Turns out United World's parent company is Crab Industries.

What have you got to say about that? aye?
My proposed investment is still on the table, there’s just a small-ish gap with the numbers involved. Also an issue with part of my offer as the Space Raiders have now gone out of date.

Should my offer be accepted I can assure you the club will get my undivided attention.

Watch this space, Jason Koumas finally wearing a Blades shirt…..

About time we signed Jason Koumas!

But weerz moneh gone?

I’ll be working to recoup some fees on some of our less successful signings. Fee agreed for Grbic and I’ll be investing the proceeds in Half a Madri and a bag of peanuts in the Lord Nelson…..

Don't be daft, you won't get enough of a fee to afford that investment.

Met Justin Haber a few times, a really nice bloke. No idea if he could catch a ball or not but always liked him. Always felt for those players that were clearly only there becuase owners / business people had decided they had to be, shite existence that.
