Was it me or was all the netting off of front rows at the Lane End, upper and lower and G and H removed for our return to the premier league? So who made this decision seeing as it seemed a safety issue for the last dog knows how many years?

No netting but various areas still not made available for sale like
Front 3 rows of the BLUT
South stand bottom corner near the away end
John Street bottom corner near the away end and
BLUT, a whole section the other side of the stairs near the JS stand.

I’m thinking that as the netting was missing then maybe SAG will let us sell these tickets but only when the rest of the ground is sold out.

Premier league probably has some vanity clause which says stadiums can't have netting shown on the telly.

If I remember correctly we “voluntarily” put the netting and other measures in place to save on SYP presence and therefore save some money. Made sense when we had lower crowds, I’m guessing now it’s more cost effective to sell the seats. To anybody above 500 points.

BLUT was a joke, you couldn't even use the pass through to get to your seat ffs.
