Without wanting to question the veracity of your story , there is something about it which doesn’t quite fit .

This is the idea that , following their outstanding victory against a shit Plymouth side , a group of them are making arrangements for the play off final which by their standards would be a very pessimistic approach .

A far more plausible story is the one I’ve heard which is that the Concert Room at Sheffield Lane WMC is already fully booked for the week following the last match of the season by groups wanting to celebrate their promotion as League Champions .

6 years; when we lost the first game against Swansea in the promotion season. We went back above them after gameweek two.
