People often ask me why 19,000 blades show up at the lane every week to watch that crap? Why do 1500 blades go to Gillingham away? To be honest I have asked these questions to myself. I came up with two answers. 1- we have the greatest fans in the world. 2- for moments like these. All footage and music from YouTube.

There's no greater feeling in the world than being part of a full house at a BDTBL night match when it's rocking.
Some great memories there.
Almost brought a tear to my eye re-living some of that lot.

Really appreciate someone posting something positive.

For me though our future is bright. I think Adkins is the best man for the job, and I hope he's still here in five, or even ten, years time because if he is I think he will have built something very successful.

Nice memories, good , bad , and some sad.
Saw some , one of my most important ones , was the jags goal v Middlesboro, got tickets for the Chelsea home game , but the club made you buy tickets for another home game just so you didn't go to just the big un's ,
took my lad to the boro game and he thought they where all like that , if we hadn't missed the peno v Chelsea it might have been .
Oh and the hull Wembley game when we scored our 3rd , you can see me and junior behind the goal.

Completely agree!

Many thanks for posting this video. To see Jamie Murphy get to the bye line pull it back for Porter, Scougall, Che or get a penalty just shows how simple this game really is.

Cloughie followed his old man by using Murphy just as Clough senior used John Robertson at Forest. Come on Adkins get it sorted.

Cracking video!

A few things come to mind when watching this...

Our support really is amazing when we are doing well and playing attacking football, nights like those in 2002-2003, the cup runs under clough and season in the premier league prove this.

We have so many more amazing memories and moments then those c*nts across the city have had in the past 20 years. We may be at a low point now, but it's far more entertaining being a blade.

I still can't believe how we got relegated in 2007, after being in such a strong position and 10 points clear of west ham at one stage.

This season may be the lowest I've ever witnessed, but these memories are proof that the good times are surely just around the corner again!

What was your favourite?

The 2002-2003 season is my favorite ever, so the Jags goal is up there. And the Forest play off game is still my favorite game of all time, Peschys goal and the crowd after that was immense.

The Deane goal against Man United, I was on Match of the Day that night when they showed the blokes dressed as santa in the crowd.

The Scougal goal at Wembley was an a amazing feeling (I'd come back from the U.S. for the weekend for the game). Just couldn't believe we'd actually scored twice at Wembley!

Unfortunately I was just too young to experience Leicester 1990 and the pigs away in 1992.
