Whoever the new manager is, this is the first thing they should make sure they do not do.

I look forward to a new manager coming in and taking all summer to sort the squad out due to a combination of a shit budget (due to Adkins' pay off) and no help or advice.

Ideally a new manager would be in place before the end of the season so he can look at the squad properly.

The very least that would be acceptable is if we've sounded out potential new managers already and told them to fully research and prepare for the job.

Also, 'mutual consent' would mean sacked with a full pay off. It would just make us look like less of a 'sacking club'.
