By 'trouble' and 'shit surrounding him' do you mean a thread on MumsNet created by one over the top parent which has now been deleted?

Can't recall much else bad publicity really since we signed him. And rightly so, he's a free man who has been found not guilty of a crime that he served over 2 years in prison for. If anybody deserves a bit more if a chance and one last season, on probable low wages, after having a stop start season due to injury and operation, it's Ched Evans.

Looking at from a different angle,

I wonder how many of them would completely change their tune if it was their son who found themselves incorrectly incarcerated and convicted of the offence of rape.

I watched a film the other night called Rise, it is an Australian film about a young, decent bloke who gets falsely accused and convicted of rape and it shows his time in prison and him subsequently getting acquitted. Watched it with my missus and she has always been very anti Ched Evans, and then I mentioned that was exactly what Ched has been through and she said for the first time she actually felt sorry for him, and between us we have three boys between us and I fear any of them growing up and having to go through something like that,

If either of my boys thought it was OK to go and shag a girl they had never met who was in the middle of already shagging one of their mates whilst they already had a girlfriend I would be livid with them. It is possible for lads to go through life not ruled by their penis.
