I caught the match report on 5 live, the reporter said it was the dullest first half of football she had seen for a long time. Second half much better.

She wasn't wrong. 1st half we didn't look ourselves. 2nd half we coul easily have scored more.

Anyone watching the MOD highlights for all three matches would think we just shaded them, but we dominated all three matches
Last night they never showed Flecks breakaway that could have got him his hat trick. Last week they never discussed the penalty we should have had when Bash was chopped down.

In fairness the first half was uneventful and dire, the second half was better but not exactly end to end action full of goal scoring opportunities. It wasn't a classic match for neutrals so fourth is about right.

As for they hate us, give over! Tim Cahill, Jermaine Jenas, Danny Murphy and Alan Shearer have been consistently full of nothing but praise and admiration all season.
