First up.

Darius Henderson. Often maligned but a superb target man who was commanding in the air, excellent at running the channels, and got on the end of a lot of long balls, and created space for others,

I agree,Brian Deane is not fit to lace the great mans boots,Lee Baxter another underrated player, loads better than Simon Tracey

Well Darius made Slew look good and at the time worth a few bob , i hope thats not what Leon is doing with Brooks

I'm getting the word 'provocateur'!
FWIW Jordan Stewart gets my vote. So misunderstood he had to be shipped off to Greece to see if they could fathom him out.

If this was an over rated player thread I would have like your post.

Christian Nade
I liked his ‘combative’ style but felt we never got the best from his potential.
THAT goal against Aresenal though....

First up - glad to see you back Brown stuff!

Second up - have you been on the Meths?

:D

Jamal Campbell-Ryce.

Yes I know he couldn't cross a ball to save his life but he was a tenacious little fucker and was often the only one attempting to play with any positivity.
He was capable of making some blistering forward runs and always put a shift in, while the rest of the 2015/16 team (barring Billy) would stand there looking gormless and too "bored" to play for the wages the were stealing.
I'll always remember JCR fondly.

Keith Gillespie during the Premier League season.
