Gotta say I've never heard of him, and haven't had time to read through this as I got called back to work in chezzy.
Starter or back up?

The fact you have never heard of him ( me neither ) is enough to sound warning bells !!
I have heard of a player call Mark Duffy though .

He played in the world Cup 2014, and still has Messi in his pocket apparently.
Make no mistake, this lad is a player. Not sure how fit he is but when he is, he should start, at least in the really tough games.

Asked an Everton fan I know tonight his view.

Says he really likes him but quite a few Tofffees don't. Says he's fiery and picks up cards but good all round midfielder.

More upset with the Iwobi signing and no centre halves coming in 🤣

Just announced on SSN that a deal sheet for Mo Besic has gone in 👀👀👀 (after Jim White called us Sheffield Wednesday the big nobber)
Did he correct himself? I’ll get into the brown nosing cunt on talkSPORT tomorrow morning.

Hadn’t realised he was in the final year of the contract.... Hopefully that could give us the opportunity to assess his worth and do a permanent deal if he looks like he’s going to make an impact for us.

If he does well it would be good to pick him up on a free, if not we’ve not really lost anything.

I agree, I recall seeing him play for Everton and liked the look of him maybe about 3 years ago. Had a cruciate injury couple of years ago. Personally I think he’s good option in a ‘3’ or instead of fleck / Norwood.
50 games for Everton, (jags must have vouched for him) and 40 international caps - so surely no mug.

Good age, Loves a tackle, decent ball carrier, looks like he’s pass the CWAK personality test no problem! another low risk transfer, just hope he’s fit enough! Roll on Saturday.

All we need now is to get a Serbian midfielder in as the European loan and we could have real fireworks in the middle of the park - or anywhere else for that matter.

sup sheffield utd fans, given that im bosnian, id like to give you some insight about besic:

as far as his character goes, hes a cunt and a nutcase (his dad is a proper nutcase, so theres that), likes to have those moments with either opposing players, referees or himself... do you believe he threw chewing gum at the opposing player and got a straight red card, that happened while playing for the national team... he also showed yaya toure to shut up, had a heating moment with aaron cresswell, had a crazy run at the referee while at middlesbrough and was lucky to get only a yellow card... thats some of his moments i remember

as far as his playing style, he considers himself box-to-box midfielder, but personally, i see him as a defensive midfielder and i believe thats his best role, to run after opposing players, make tackles and win the ball back and when in possession, just play it simple... people in bosnia&herzegovina fell in love with him cause of those things, but when he came to everton, he started playing as a box-to-box midfielder

if he played defensive midfielder for middlesbrough under tony pulis, im sure he would dominate the league, but to play a more offensive role for a coach like that, well good luck with that... he likes to drive the ball forward (actually hes very good at that), send passes left and right (very good at that too), but holds onto the ball more than he should and cant shoot to save his life, which is okay given he was always known for his defensive game... prior to the injury, he was quick, but dont know how the things stand now, didnt watch him play for middlesbrough, except couple of games

everton fans used to say "theres a player in there" but the injuries really fucked up his career there, especially the one in the wayne rooney testimonial game prior to the 2016/2017 season as he looked good in the preseason and then missed the entire season... if not for that injury, who knows how the things would unfold, but it looks like he never got to where he was prior to that injury

like i said, playing for tony pulis didnt do him much good, but now has the opportunity to play in the premier league and i really hope he makes it... i really dont know anything about your coach, but i hope hes the right one for besic, cause theres a player in there for sure

you can be sure hell give everything he has, just that type of player

Well that resolves the bite in midfield issue, it's going to be an entertaining season. Thanks for the insight Laki!

Not sure who that’s against, but given the grounds a third full, is it Wendy?

Strange post by Laki starts off with character assassination ends up praising him to the rafters.
Which is it Laki ? you sound like you know him well.
Wilder can be trusted to do is homework.

They want rid of him for similar reasons to us with Ched. Doesn't mean either wasn't excellent at one time.

Ched is 30 now, didn't realise Mo was only 26. He still has a good couple of years in him if he can rediscover his previous form and past injuries don't hogtie him.
