Been looking up away followings today "well trying" and to see if Saturday's could be the biggest in league football this season.

Leeds 6k plus at Blackburn.
Wigan's away end doesn't even hold 7k.

Anybody know who could have?
.

Fulham's away end holds a lot, might be worth checking that one if you're that bothered.

It would be very interesting if you could not only check the level of support but

How many are wearing the home shirt .

How many are wearing the away shirt.

I don't think your post is a complete waste of fucking time , boring bastard , nowt better to do .

To help I will count the shirts myself at the match .

I will also check the away end capacities , adding a contingency for fans with tickets in the home end .

There will be over 8K Blades at MK, but not officially. But Leeds, Newcastle etc also routinely sell out their allocations and some of their fans get tickets on the home end, so "official" away followings don't really mean that much

Leeds took over 7,000 to Fulham, on a Tuesday night aswell.
Sorry Whitehawk I take back what I said, you were right,I was going on something on a Fulham site about half of the way end "3000" is for the away fans and the other arf is for home and away.

I've been searching to try and find something more official rather than a Twitter account but I've had no luck...... :D

I suspect a fair few teams with something to play for will have a huge following too for their last away game too.

Leeds officially sold 2,951 tickets for their match away at Fulham this season.

The thing is Fulham are unusual in that they have an official neutral stand where anyone can go in.
Of course Leeds fans will want to tell you there wasn't any neutrals in the designated neutral stands.

So any quotes of 7K taken to Fulham are unofficial figures, it's like us saying we took 10K to MKD.

The biggest OFFICIAL away following this season in England 6,402 Leeds fans away at Blackburn.

So our 7,521 official sold for MKD will be the biggest in England.
We'll should have another 1 or 2,000 in the home end.

The statement that fans could be prosecuted if caught sitting in home areas is laughable.

I have not purchased 5 tickets on the home areas so won't be prosecuted lol

Absolutely ridiculous of them to say anyone sat in the home end could be prosecuted. Are they saying that if I fancied going to a game at Anfield/Goodison/Old Trafford then I'd be breaking the law cause I support Sheffield United?

Robboblade,be careful my friend,MK are saying they are cancelling tickets if they suspect United fans have bought tickets for the home ends,I would edit your post, don't want you to miss out on a memorable occasion

More than that I think. I heard Villa took 7k just this weekend. Though this is according to that "Football Away Days" page on Facebook....

The official Villa following at Fulham was 3,336 tickets sold.

But people at the match say there were loads of Villa in the neutral bit.
Some say 6K in total, some say 7K but it's a total guess prone to exaggeration.
the official figure is only 3,336 Villa.

I can tell you now the staff at MK ticket office are very twitchy at anyone buying tickets. I would use the word paranoid.

The Fulham end "mixed" holds 7200, don't think there is a club in England that will give 7500 except MK.

They are a family club with middle aged fans and kids and they are really keen on slowly building up their support base.

So the last thing they want is drunk rowdy Blades shouting and swearing intimidating families and kids, pitch invasions, firing flares and smoke bombs etc. It could ruin years of hard work and turn their fragile support base away from football.

Is this a piss take lol

I was at Northampton and it was a good natured pitch invasion no trouble at all. The fact is there will be blades in the home end now they either manage it or blow it completely out of proportion.
